Please see the Memory-Map web site for more information You will need both DVDs in order to enjoy the functionality described in these web pages, and Memory-Map will ship them to you as a pair. Memory-Map are an established company, with a fully tested and mature software platform, used by aircraft pilot’s regularly, all over the world, so is correspondingly reliable. This is one major reason why we chose them. The product ships with their current latest software. LinesMan has been completed to customer ready status by Memory-Map themselves, and they are actually stocking, producing and despatching. So you can be assured that the quality and back up will be excellent. LinesMan contains many British trench maps of Belgium and France, and reaches all the way up to Zeebrugge on the Belgian coast. The Nord-Picardie platform functions with GPS in both France and Belgium. The IGN France 1:25,000 Nord Picardie - Champagne Ardennes, Premium Edition product is, however, an IGN product that covers only the British Western Front areas of France for 1:25,000 scale maps and aerial photos. The Belgian authorities (NGI) do not yet release their maps as single user licenses, so this combined product does not contain modern Belgian mapping, except that large scale route planning maps for Belgium are included, but no height data.
